To find some background and extra information on hunters, I did secondary research. I used three books, and an internet site.

Annotated Bibliography:

Frahm, Randy. Deer Hunting. The Great Outdoors. Mankato, MN: Capstone Press, 2002. 48. Print.

  • In this book, I found background information on deer hunting, like where it orginates and how it has evolved today. This was a credible source because it is a published book, and this is a book that is teaching kids how to hunt and other things about hunting. So I would assume that something that is teaching kids how to hunt, epecially because it involves a gun, that the information they give is true.
Frahm, Randy. Duck Hunting. The Great Outdoors. Mankato, MN: Capstone Press, 2002. 45. Print.
  • In this book, I found information about duck hunting. Some things I found inportant in this book was one, it told me that people who enjoy shooting at moving targets like to hunt for things like duck. And two, I found out why market hunting became illegal. All the books I used as a source, are all part of an edition of books, so the reason I found them credible is all the same.

Martin, Micheal. Pheasant Hunting. The Great Outdoors. Mankato, MN: Capstone Press, 2002. 45. Print.

  • I found in this book, information on pheasant hunting and how it came into North America. In this I found out how Pheasants were moved into North America and how their rapid growth of population cause pheasant hunting to become one of the most popular hunting game birds in North America.
Farlex, . "Hunting." The Free Dictionary. 2009. Farlex, Inc., Web. 6 Dec 2009. <http://www.thefreedictionary.com/hunting>.
  • On my internet site, I found the definition of hunting. This source is credible because it is a dictionary, so I just used it for an exact definition of hunting.
